After two years of online annual events, finally we will meet in person to celebrate the Interreg South Baltic Annual Event. This year’s Annual Event will take place in Poland, at Marriott Resort & Spa in Sopot.
Day 1 will be moderated by Maciej Kautz, while Magdalena Bednarczyk-Sokół, the Deputy Director, Territorial Cooperation Department, Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, acting as Managing Authority, will deliver the opening speech.
Activities of this day include, among others, a panel discussion about the future of the region and presentations of finalised projects. Project partners can apply within the registration process and are required to register by 9 September. Please, note that due to organisational matters, project presentations are subject to selection and approval by the JS. The selected projects will be notified by 12 September. After networking and project partner search activities, the day will conclude with dinner accompanied by a live music event held by Natalia Capelik-Muianga and the band.
Day 2 will be entirely moderated by the Joint Secretariat and will consist of a morning panel discussion to celebrate the European Year of Youth 2022 with the participation of regional youth organisations. The rest of the day will be dedicated to workshops based on the new programme priorities. Participation in each workshop should be selected in the registration form. The Annual Event will conclude with a farewell lunch.
