Good quality project preparation webinar

The Joint Secretariat organized an event for beneficiaries on the preparation of applications under the ongoing 3rd call for proposals.

The webinar “The 3rd call for proposals: How to prepare a good quality project?” took place on May 7, 2024.

During this event, potential applicants received information on the call’s scope, assessment procedures, novelties in the Programme, and, most importantly, tips and recommendations on the development of a good-quality project in line with the Programme rules and requirements.

Partner search webinar

We are again opening the floor for those of you, who are seeking new partnerships and want to establish new cross-border cooperation. We welcome potential applicants, stakeholders, and experts across the South Baltic region. You will have the opportunity to present project ideas and organisations.

The webinar will take place via Zoom application on Tuesday, 14th May 2024 from 10:00 to 11:20 (CEST).

Online Q&A on the WOD2021 application system

The Joint Secretariat organizes a questions and answers session on the online application system (WOD2021) on 29th May 2024 from 10:00 to 12:00 (CEST). The webinar provides a working knowledge of the WOD2021 system usage:  answers to preliminarily submitted questions and questions asked during the webinar along with a demonstration in the system for the 3rd call for proposals of the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027. It is recommended to analyze the training materials on preparing the application in the WOD2021 system: the guidelines, Frequently Asked Questions and the video of the recorded webinar placed here

Individual consultations of project ideas

The Joint Secretariat and Contact Points will provide a series of individual consultations to discuss your project ideas. Two types of consultations will be organised: consultations organised by the Joint Secretariat (online or in the JS office) and regional consultations organised by the JS in cooperation and with the participation of Contact Points.

After registering for a consultation, you will be requested to send a project concept template to the JS 5 days before the date of the consultation. The project idea template is available 

The lead partner of the project shall take part in the consultations (further partners can be invited as well) that are conducted in English. The duration of each individual consultation is up to 1 hour. One project idea can be consulted maximum twice. 

The dates of CONSULTATIONS IN JS PREMISES AND ONLINE:

  • 8 and 9 May 2024;
  • 4-6 June 2024;
  • 11-13 June 2024.

The dates and venues of CONSULTATIONS IN REGIONS:

  • 15 May, online for Swedish partners;
  • 16 May, Gdańsk (Marshall Office of the Pomorskie Voivodeship, ul. Augustyńskiego 1, 80-034 Gdańsk);
  • 16 May, online for partners from the Warmińsko-Mazurskie region;
  • 21 May, online for German partners;
  • 23 May, online for Lithuanian partners;
  • 27 May, online for partners from the Zachodniopomorskie region;
  • 28 May, online for Danish partners.

The registration for consultations closes 7 calendar days before each date of the consultation.

EUSBSR support letters

The project applications may be supported by submitting the Letter of dedication and support (appendix 4 to the application form) issued by the EUSBSR Policy Area Coordinator from a Policy Area thematically connected to the project. The list of Policy Areas and Coordinators can be found here.

In order to request the letter, please approach the coordinators no later than 31st of May. When requesting the letter, please provide them with the completed project concept template available here.
