We would like to inform you that the public procurement for the preparation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Interreg South Baltic programme 2021-2027 is announced.
The Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy published all the necessary documents here.
The procedure is launched according to Polish law and in the Polish language.
The following stages are included in the procurement:
Stage 1 – defining the scope of the SEA (determining the scope and level of detail of information to be included in the Environmental Impact Assessment / Environmental Impact Report, consultation with environmental protection authorities in the countries participating in the programme);
Stage 2 – preparation of a methodological report for the Environmental Impact Assessment / Environmental Impact Report;
Stage 3 – preparation of the draft Environmental Impact Assessment / Environmental Impact Report (by the content described in Annex I to the SEA Directive);
Stage 4 – carrying out consultations with relevant environmental protection authorities and the general public (including documentation) through public/social consultations;
Stage 5 – preparation of the final version of the Environmental Impact Assessment / Environmental Impact Report and recommendations for programme institutions regarding the inclusion of SEA results in the Interreg South Baltic programme 2021-2027;
Stage 6 – consulting – expert support, depending on the needs, including cooperation with the contracting authority at the stage of negotiations of the programme with the European Commission (EC) and issuing an environmental declaration after the programme is approved by the European Commission.
The end of the contract is defined as 30th June 2022.

The financial resources dedicated to the preparation of the SEA amount to 175,000.00 PLN net.
