EcoInter (Economic integration through the increased use of the intermodal infrastructure in the South Baltic Area) is an innovative project supported by Interreg South Baltic that provides solutions for connectivity of newly created infrastructure built on the Baltic-Adriatic Corridor (BAC) and extends it to Scandinavia (Baltic Link).
Specifically, it aims to create a plan for action for underdeveloped infrastructure, specifically for intermodal terminals. The potential of the project resides in the connection of existing transport corridors and enhancing maritime links on the Baltic Sea. Additionally, clustering of SMS in addition to transport corridors is foreseen.
The project is the result of a partnership between the Association of Polish Regions of Baltic Adriatic Transport Corridor and the Municipality of Karlskrona.
