The project aims to assist SMEs in improving competitiveness and sustainability through the CONSIDERATION solution, which includes digitalization support and an inclusive change management approach through competency development for both management and employees. It also provides tools for climate and environmental evaluation to measure and report on SMEs’ own climate actions.
The project is developing a Digital Strategy Development Tool and sub-tools on an open-source platform to support digital competency development for SMEs. It builds on and scale-up experiences from a project titled “Digital Pathways to Growth” (Digitale Veje til Vækst – DVV), conducted in the region of Zealand, Denmark. The subtools are focused on:
- Sustainability evaluation and reporting.
- Business data management and analytics.
- Digital business model development.
- Skills and competency development.
- Didactic considerations for digital learning tools.
The project aims to cooperate in research & developing tools, transferring knowledge, and reinforcing digitalization and change for sustainability.
The project will also investigate motivation for learning, different learning styles, educational levels, and gender considerations. Altogether the solution contains 6 tools in 6 languages: English, Danish, German, Polish, Lithuanian & Swedish. Furthermore, the platform contains a wide range of learning tools to build courses and learning activities.
