On 19 October 2023, the Joint Secretariat organised the Lead Partner webinar for projects selected for the 1st Call for proposals of the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021 – 2027.
The Joint Secretariat team touched upon the topics below:
- Contracting.
- Obligations at the beginning of the project implementation and changes during project implementation.
- The role of a Lead Partner.
- Reporting.
- Eligibility of expenditures.
- Communication.
At the end of the webinar, experienced project partners shared their good practices and insights with other participitants. The Lead Partner webinar was a fruitful meeting and the participants admitted that they are looking forward to meeting each other in person.
